They look good! I've never made them and just watched a video of "how to" but the lady used commercially processed mincemeat, I'd prefer to make my own filling. I made my first Shepherd's Pie the other day and loved it. I'll try a Mincemeat Pie some day.

First thought - he must be English. That is not what we call a pie in North America. To me, that looks like a sandwich. Hope there is lotsa rum in the mincemeat but more likely brandy in the UK.
