There is two more from the session that are actually uploaded and not a screen shot--I know all of these are a little "dark" but that was the feel she portrays, and likes. But let me know what you think of these. Better? Worse? :)

I like these better. The problem with a dark face is that the attention is drawn away from the face. In the first on her arms really stand out. I like the second one better because she is separated from the background better making it easier to see her face. If she wants darker, more moody, pictures you might want to try a different location as well.
I am surprised that nobody has commented on her pose. Females are not usually posed with their shoulders square on to the camera but for some reason this seems to work in these pictures.

I'm getting a muddled message here. You say she wants "dark" (and sultry?) but she wears bright red. Hardly the best choice for the look. And I'll agree that the location is not the best either for that look. Maybe a different outfit. Hair and makeup is good just the way it is here.

Now to the photographer; (you). You need to get some light on her face, not a lot perhaps, but certainly more than is on her arms and shoulders. Find a place where you can control the light better, and use a flash (low power might work best) and direct the light onto her face and neck, leaving her arms and shoulders in lower light and the background with very little light.

They look really really processed to me, but the composition is GREAT. I think with the contrast and skin smoothing toned down these would look excellent.
