Well Kinda!

Took some pics of some of my friends!

CC appreciated!
wanted to BW it but friend said otherwise,so color for now!
I still like to have my pics in BW

Not every picture is better in B&W. It depends greatly on the subject.

#1 Probably should have been in portrait format. Background is "disjointed".
#2 Again portrait would be better, and you have cropped too closely.
#3 Needs additional light, and you could drop out the bright sky in the background.

Not too bad. #1 would be better if the background wasn't crooked. #2 is good and would be nice bw. #3 has a bit too much dead space above her head.

I hope the colouring is ok in this picture!

the background in #1 is weird,will keep that in mind later.
#2 did BW on that,didnt look good,so reverted to color

Overall I thing you could use more foreground light. Portraits generally "Pop" off the background to separate the subject from the background.

Dont have money for any of them!can build a DIY reflector but cumbersome to carry!

Yes, there is always the question of how much you want to carry. Why not ask the models to help carry stuff?

One idea for an inexpensive reflector is get a couple of sheets of white foamcore, and tape one edge together book style. When you get to the place, ask one model to hold the reflector for the other model.

in #1 it really begs for a portrait orientation and including more of her shoulders and upper torso for context.

also, she should be in front of the windows or the columns, but not both. you'll have to learn to keep seeing EVERY detail of the background, even while focusing your attention on composition, model pose and expression, and focus and exposure. the one thing I screw up the most is losing track of the background while I move around working the model.

in #2, since you already have her head cropped I might crop more and make the focus her eyes nose and mouth.

#1 looks deer in the headlights... startled... like you were stalking here and caught her by surprise. You have those amazing columns... get her interacting with them.
