Im detecting mix light temperature. Part of her face is lit with something warm and the body has something cooler. If i have to guest, you had a warm ceiling light and you used flash. You mixed the light too much. Should have underexposed more and increase flash power.

Noo... Someone once told me if people don't comment then that means they think your work is good and have nothing to complain about. So that's how I'll take it I suppose! xD
