First Post--A few recent shots, let me know what you think!

Hello everyone,

This is my first post here on TPF, I joined to talk about all things photography, look at some other photographer's work, and see what other photographers may think of mine.

Here is a small sample of some recent shots I took. I just bought a Canon 5d Mk. II with a 24-105mm lens to get back into doing some freelance photography work and just further enhance my photography knowledge/expertise (used to shoot on a Canon 20d years ago, I will upload some shots from my earlier portfolios at another time). Can't wait to hear what you guys think. Enjoy!

Oh hi, Goomes. Welcome to TPF. I'm from SF, but I've been in WA since 2011.

#3: Very nice. There's a lot of mood and atmosphere present. The B&W feels right, both as a media choice and in technical execution.

Yeah I had this in color originally and just was not satisfied with it and then it clicked that it belongs in black and white.
