Is that the moon at the back of the web? Amazing capture. I can't make my mind up on the spider, it seems slightly unreal but then I don't know what it's supposed to look like.

Great shot anyway, what did you take it on?

Took it on a D40x. I am a beginner. Although I would like to say it is the moon, I can't. I'm not sure what it is. I think it is a light from my neighbor's house!

Cool shot, web looks neat.....I have also been trying to capture a nice spider on my neighbors house all week. Thing makes a new web everynight in the same location, just can't seem to get the picture right.......

Very nice, although I'd consider reducing the brightness of the spider just a bit.
