I'm not being compensated financially, but I will get credit. That's pretty cool.

Yay! :)

isn't that illegal?

what? taking a picture of a place and posting it online? i dont believe so.

unless u mean them using my pic. i gave them permission to do it. unless u guys think i shouldnt? i dont really care.

Alot of people that want too or are selling pictures really dislike this. They feel it prevents others from selling pictures when sites like that keep getting free use of pictures. It's pretty hot button topic.

If your ok with it, then all is well.

Just be warned others my make adverse comments.

I like the shot, I can see why they would like to use it, especially for free.

i dont really care. this shot didnt take much effort. they can use it. im a nice guy.

as far as if it pisses people off, i dont care. this is the free market and i can do what i want. if it upsets people, there should be a photographers union you have to join if u ever want anything of yours published, then i would have to follow "their" rules.

this shot took me almost no effort and im just happy to get some recognition for something that required 3 quick exposures and some simple tonemapping. plus, they're only gonna use it at 150 pixels wide, so not a big deal to me.

if this were gonna be used on some major publication or large print, i would require compensation, but this is some crappy site i've never heard of and it's gonna be on some tiny listing. whatever.

Then good for you, I say! Even if it's just a tiny little pic, it could get people interested. One person that's willing to pay for similar shots has gotta be a plus, right?
