Yo TPF!

I asked for advice on corporate headshots and barebones shooting about a week ago -- Well I finished shooting today. The shots ended up being more fun than I expected and I had a GREAT time shooting. Pretty much addicted to studio lighting...now I just need to figure out how to afford a strobe

Anyways you can see the full set here on flickr, but I thought I'd post the fun shots I was able to coax out of my co-workers. Enjoy! And as always, any C&C and feedback is appreciated!

Thanks for looking!

Nice work! Not bad for a flash greenhorn!

Nice Shots...Sharpness missing in some of the pictures..
It can be corrected with a little tweak into Photoshop

Nice shots. Can you tell us about your studio setup?

Thanks! I ended up just using one strobe+softbox. (I had a speedlite but I couldn't get any good results using it)

Here's a crudely drawn diagram

Nicely done! You nailed the interaction with the subjects, which is the hardest part. And the lighting is pretty nice too for just a single light.

Nicely done, in my completely unprofessional opinion.
In #4, I do wish it was portrait orientation and we had his hand and the rest of the cap in the photo.

Looks like they had a great time hamming it up!
