Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
This previous weekend Henry's Imaging and Video Expo and a few companies had booths set up with models to sell their various lighting equipment.

I just want some C&C from you guys on what settings you think I should change when shooting and what I do should in the post-processing to improve these photos, if they need improving.

I noticed in some shots, the depth of field is too narrow, leaving some details out on the dresses. In this situation, should in increase the aperture to maybe F8 and raise the ISO?

Thanks!

Hokay... a'splain me this Lucy... your title says, "...First time with various equipment", but all the images say no flash. As to your questions, when your DoF is too narrow, then yes, you need to use a smaller aperture, or move farther back from the subject. When shooting images like these what needs to be changed is the lighting so that you can shoot at ISO 200 with a correct exposure. In post? About all you can do is try and even out the expsoure using tools such as the doge and burn brushes.

My title says 'First time with various lighting equipment', I went into further detail explaining that I had attended an expo where various vendors had set up their umbrellas to show off their power and sell them.

Thanks for the other suggestions :)
