Fisheye - Help. How could I get this affect?

I've always thought fisheye looked really awesome in photos, and the lenses are just way to expensive for me to afford now. So I was wondering if anyone knew a good editing site or program or anything that I could get away with using a fisheye tool or something (if that even exists).

if youre just looking for the more "bubbled" effect of a fisheye as opposed to getting a wider shot, ive found that using the lens correction filter in PS in moderation seems to render good results.

filters - distort - lens correction (or lens in CS2)
