Hello there

on my trip to the mountains we notes alot of people paint United Arab Emirates Flag in the top of some mountains .

here is the pic i took

tell me what you think so next time i take better photo of the flags there

This one is quite far away, indeed, and very much in the centre of your photo, which is why I feel that next time you get to see a flag painted onto the side of a mountain you should try to get nearer to it, and you might try to include some added interest to your photo, like a foreground bush or tree (if there are any?), or maybe a person walking towards the flag or coming from it or being near it looking at it or something in addition to just mountains and a tiny flag somewhere.

ok thanks i dont have zoom lens and the flag is very far from the road that why it is far

The first thing that caught my eye was the partial tree to the right, i think you need either more or less of it - as is it's only distracting. If that's the farthest you can zoom, and you can't get closer to the flag (it does need to be bigger), I'd suggest panning to the right to grab that tree, which should add some nice balance.

Also, this might be a nice candidate for exposure blending, so you can expose the foreground, background, and the sky. Could look neat...
