Flash Bracket for Canon 20D

I would like to buy a good, solid, rotating Flash Bracket that is compatible with the Canon 20D. Can anyone recommend a good model?

Thanks! Do you recommend this over the Strobeframe Pro-T? I read another post that someone recommended the Pro-T.

but I don't shoot typical grip and grin with it. I have use one like the one I recommended and liked it.
