Flora from the Getty

Here's a few from the garden from the Getty Center. Saw a lot of cameras out there but not a single tripod. They didn't allow tripods so these were all handheld. I couldn't have done it without my wonderful assistant. mrscat would provide shade or bounce light for the shot.

Really crisp and well composed shots!
You must have next to no nerves to hold a camera that steady, I know I couldn't even after a couple of Vallium sandwiches.

Text book!!! The bounce light is really flattering. I do not get the no tripod rule. Maybe careless people squish the flowers? Maybe they take up too much space?
