I just remove some unwanted spots in this shot. all natural. Need some comments for improvement

I vote lightening up the exposure a bit...

I am not a fan of real close crops such as this one, but that 's a personal thing - some like it, some don't, so it is not really a criticism, just a comment. I would agree with the previous comment that it could use a bit of lightening up, however be careful that if you do lighten it up, particularly on the right, that you don't end up with some of the left side being blown out. You might also want to look at smoothing the sking a bit, but again, that's a personal preference. You have a nice catch light in the eyes and that is always a good thing in my opinion. I like them, but they need more light, second one more light on backdrop or hairlight to separate subject from background
