Forum Etiquette Question

I am thinking of subscibing so I can post photos for C&C. I see many such threads in Basics but not so many here. I think I am well beyond the basics and would rather do it here. Is it not done in Beyond the Basics?

...You don't have to subscribe to post pictures.

Just host them somewhere (Photobucket, Flickr, or the user gallery here (click that little zero under your name to go there - once you upload some pictures that number will change)), then post it here using the IMG tags.

Post them where ever you feel is the most appropriate.

That's right, anyone can post photos, you just need to host them somewhere.

There is a whole section of gallery forums for posting your images. Photo Galleries - The Photo Forum - Photography Discussion Forum

THere is also a whole section with seperate subcatagories to post photos to show your work and you can ask for critique in there as well.

By all means, subscribe if you really want to. As you can see by my "regular" font user name, I am not a subscriber. 3000+ posts, and they still let me hang out here. As I understand it, there are special benefits for subscribers - a hidden forum and all that. Oh well, I'll just hang here with the 'regular folk'.
