Downloaded the file and yes you are right , noisy. Tried NX2 and CS3 to work it and still there. Someone mentioned the Black and White option so went that way.

I liked your edit. Totally bums me out that you still get it after CS3.

If you're forgetting to make simple changes like your ISO when going from one setting to another, then you shouldn't be taking weddings on your own.

That is their mistake for wanting a "budget" photographer. Biggest mistake a couple can make is to skimp on their photographer.

You just need more practice, that's all. Things like that are second nature to me and I don't even think about them. I'm too busy thinking about setting up my next shot. So the only advice I can give you, is to keep at it and wait till your able to give better results to take another on alone.

P.S.-Not only the ISO issue, but your dress has a green tint to it as well.

Please read my first post - I prefer shooting as an assistant. I do have practice. Who isn't pressured when they do this on their own?

Yes, it is noisy... but you look at it at 100% crop. My images have noises like that and I dont sweat it. You cant even see the noise with the crop you have on the computer screen. You worry too much. I say do not run any skin smoothing. Leave it as is.

Ok! This was a one time mistake of leaving my ISO up higher than preferred. I'll try not to let it bug me.

I did a wedding on my own this weekend - not something I usually do as I am an assistant to another photographer (I prefer it that way). This couple needed some one "inexpensive" so they asked me . . . Here is one of the photos. I did some PP to get rid of the graininess of the photo, but I have this terrible habit of leaving my ISO too high Is there anything I can do to fix it? I did a blur over the most obvious parts. I was keeping tabs on my ISO and WB especially but I don't know why I leave it so high!! Frustrated. (Let me know what you think! Any input appreciated.)

The noise aside,I quite like this shot. Couldn't resist the edit party, so here is my take. Not BW but somewhat desaturated. I found the item above the grooms head distracting and gave it a softer light to soften the hardness of the verticals.

Now that you point it out, I am distracted by it as well! I do like the softness of this.
