Fower Mosaic

This flower droops every night and picks up every morning. I took a series of pictures of it waking up over an hour and a half and tried the mosaic maker tonight.

Neat but what happened with the exposure around the edges of the petals? There looks like some weird severely out of place heavy DOF action... but it doesn't look like it's real? It's ... wonky.

Not sure what you mean. Please explain more. The pp I did on these is all of the automatic corrections on Elements 7.

I like the concept (and the flower has some very nice colors). My only nit on this is that each image has a different DOF (I would have liked to see a consistent DOF).
