free program to resize pictures

hey guys,

i need a a program, preferrably free that will resize my photos for me, i have office 2000 so i dont have the photo manager on my disks. What else is out there? thanks!

Irfanview is free, does resize, crop etc as well as red-eye removal, sharpening and a few other basic adjustments. I really like it for just viewing pictures as well.

yes its part of windows, i personaly think its the best program to just resize pics, quick and easy!

image > sketch skew > % you want it resized by.
