What lens was it taken with? Are the eyes PSed or are they that green?

I used my 50mm 1.8 for this one and yes the eyes were actually that color

i had a feeling someone would say that

for some reason it didnt bother me in this shot because of the intensity of the eyes.
thanks for the input. anyone else feel the same way?
