New seal kit. I noticed the seals are drying out from age so I bought a replacement seal kit, but never installed it. Easy remove / clean/ install project. Very nice photo instructions included.

Everything was purchased new by me and is in mint condition

Thanks for the bump. She is pretty. The camera looks like it could have come out of the box this morning. I just can't go any lower. If I can't get $300 out of it, I guess I'll just keep it.

when was the last time you put film through?
I sold my last one because the shutter needed repair after a long time of sitting in closet.

It's been probably 10 years since I ran film through it, but maybe twice a year I'll dry fire the RB and and my Crown on the low and high speeds a few times to keep the springs loose. I also like to run the bellows in and out a few times to keep them pliable. (I don't know if the bellows routine helps. Just something I decided to do).
All my gear is stored in my bedroom closet. No hot / cold attics or damp basements for my stuff.
