Fuji f20 xd card compatibility

I just got a Fuji Finepix f20 and I was wondering about compatibility of XD cards. I know it uses xd cards, but will any xd card work on it? Is there a difference of type H or M? Thanks for the help!

type h is faster than type m.
same stuff, but faster.
