I feel nos33 has a grip on the lighting. If there are no shadows why add them?

There is shadows but with the HDR treatment from the first post he has used a lighting method which takes them out. There usually is always shadows just to what extreme. If I run a detail enhancer or a dark contrast filter it will let me know where there were actual shadows.

If you look at the OP attempt you will see that there are a some shadows.

You can not look at the image and think there would be no shadows with all the outside lighting coming in from those windows.
