Fuzzy (or film over) Photos When Viewing Computer Albums

When I view stored albums on my computer, I am now seeing a film or fuzzy look to all the photos on the page. I do get a clear photo when clicking on one to view, they just are not clear when viewing the album cover pages.

Any idea what is causing this? Thanks so much!

Need a bit more info.
What software did you use to make the album - or is it an online album?

Sorry 'bout that - it's just my personal offline albums that I use when downloading my camera.

Actually after looking at them again, it almost appears to be a "screen-like" film in that there are "vaguely-white" and very small criss crosses that resemble a window screen over the photo representing each album. Again, once I open the album and click on a photo, it appears normal. Hope that makes sense.

If necessary, maybe I could take a screen shot of the page and upload for you. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay, been having computer probs and still cannot find anything to touch a browser redirect.

Okay, so this is what I see when going to personal albums on my computer - note how fuzzy or almost "screen-like" the covers are? Now remember, when clicking on a particular photo it shows perfectly fine.

My guess is that you are looking at a folder full of folders but none of these are 'selected.'
If you click on just one, one time does it get sharper, spring into 'focus'?

Is that Win 98? 2000? It kind of looks like the display for a hidden folder. Try to right click one and check the properties. Go through the tabs; is anything checked?

I almost made a reference to the open "kundalini" file from which I was doing research (more like they are stalking ME) but I didn't think anyone would focus on that.....sigh.

I have XP and yes, under Properties it does say "Hidden" - so much has gone wrong with my computer lately and I can't seem to bring it back up to par. Guess I will need to get a professional in here, thanks again for all your help.

You don't need professional help. For one thing, it doesn't hurt anything. For another, all you have to do is select them, right click on them, go to properties, and unselect hidden.

Yes, actually I do need a professional and I am referring to the statement "so much has gone wrong with my computer lately.....". This photo situation is not a big deal, I was just trying to understand it a bit more and I appreciate everyone's help with that.
