Cliffnotes at the end, I am a bit bored and feel like writing a slightly exaggerated version of this story.
Last saturday I was at my favorite Mexican food establishment (Chipotle, highly recommend it) with two friends enjoying myself a burrito bowl. Contents of the burrito bowl wont be discussed seeing it would be frivolous to talk about the ingredients. It was a burrito bowl with rice, black beans, beef barbacoa, extra mild salsa, lots of hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. If they let me eat out of a trough I probably would.
As im about to attack said food with a tenacity rarely seen by man (think cookie monster, googly eyes and all) my saintly mother calls me on my phone. Weighing the options between my mom and the copious amounts of burrito bowl in front of me, I obviously picked the latter. After a few bites of happy, I felt bad for ignoring her call. I call her up and she tells me....
...Her friend is having a garage sale and theres a camera for sale. My ears perked up and my burrito bowl was temporarily forgotten (JUST KIDDING HAWHAWHAWHAW). After defeating the food, my parents and I went to the garage sale. Lady was asking for $150 but with my witty charm and handsome good looks I managed to talk her down to $100.
My dad then did something unprecedented in my 21 years of youth, he busted out his wallet and dished out some cash saying he would buy it as an early birthday present to me (birthday is this sunday, feel free to send me money, lavish scents from exotic lands, etc etc).
The reason I took interest in the ladys sale was the contents of the bag (domke bag btw, it looks a bit old but nothing a cleaning cant fix). Heres what the bag held:
