Actually, this was on the campus of a University and didn't know what else to call it ...I like the way this one turned out with the processing..I know it might be a bit busy, but this for some reason looks like an HDR image to me. C&C Please!

You're right: with the stark contrasts and the sharpness, it does look like HDR converted. But what is it you really did to it?

I ran it through Nik Color Efex..(tonal contrast) I believe and that's where it got the HDR look to it and than I ran it through Nik Silver and played with the settings until I liked what it looked like
