Getting Back Into Photography, C&C Appreciated

When I was 16 I bought a D90 and got into photography, it was great. However after a while my camera began to gather dust and a couple of years later I got into a car accident and I had to sell the camera to cover insurance excess when I was 18. I'm now 20 and happy to say I just bought a 5D2 and here are a few shots from the first time taking it out (C&C would be appreciated):

EDIT: Added camera settings (All @50mm focal length)

ISO 6400 f/2.8 1/100sec

ISO 6400 f/2.8 1/60s

ISO 3200 f/1.8 1/100s

ISO 1600 f/2.5 1/100s

ISO 1600 f/2.5 1/125s

Thanks so much Chris, I really appreciate the compliment! I'd love C&C on anything that could be improved upon: composition, subject, processing (only very basic RAW processing was done on these).
