giants among the south

I am pretty fortunate to be surrounded by giant live oak trees smothered with spanish moss. This is one of the first (now that I think about, one of the few) photos that I have taken of these beautiful giants. There are a few edited versions floating around my photoshop but I would like to throw out the original to you all and see what you think. I like it but not sure if I love it. What do you think?? Technical feedback would be appreciated so as to improve in that area. Thanks in advance
(BTW_this is my first post. not sure if this has been done correctly...)

Nice tree!! Wonder if pulling up just a bit more of the shadow detail might show some of the great textures that appear to be there.
