This picture was taken while camping. Did not know if I should post here or in HDR. Its not an hdr but has that same vibe. I added the smoke coming out from the barrel of the gun. A lot of processing went into this image.

Can tell I'm not on ARFCOM right now or this thread would be destroyed with the safety police right now. I hope to god you checked with your own eyes that the chamber was empty before placing yourself in front of the weapon with someone behind it that has shown no safe handling skills.

Picture is nice, would be a great poster for the stereotypical resident of Alabama only needs a Church in the back ground and were good to go!

I'd lose the smoke; it looks fake, and really pulls the image down. Everything else is excellent, but the smoke has to go.

I hate to admit this but it was just a air pallet gun.

how did you get that effect with out HDR?

I used software called nil color effex. I used a beach by pass filter and then a midnight glow filterYou are able to add control points to your liking. Then in photoshop I used the dodge and burn tool. Added a layerUses paint bucket and the eraser tool. Took down the saturation.Wala
