Good morning, new member in Tampa

Good morning. I am not really new to photography as I have taken many, many pictures with my trusty Minolta X700. I have been looking at cameras for a while now and have been cruising ebay as well. I want to get back into taking better pictures and I always felt limited by the compact cameras, especially with the zoom. I am looking forward to spending time here and learning.
