Good shot?

Took this picture on 17th of May. (our independence day)
The original was with colors and boring, so I added lightning effects & sepia to make it warmer. I tried black and white first but it just ruined it, it looked too cold.
What'ya think:

I might use the dodge/burn tool and maybe darken that part of the picture some...

or just use a good bit of vignetting, that should cancel out her face up in the corner. nice shot tho. what program are you using for post?
