Good Strap?

What is a good strap I can use for my camera? The one that came with my Panasonic Lumix is really scratchy and hurts if I wear it.....
Do they sell them without names on them?(canon, nikon, etc...)

I've got one that I use on my lump of a 10D (with battery grip & 2 batteries!) and with a 70-200mm IS lens on it I promise you it's an absolute necessity!
