Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I just found one after looking for a while. These things are sold out everywhere....anyways, figured I'd take a quick snap on the way home from work, just before the sun set for the day. Nothing amazing, but it was done quickly before the light ran out...

I can already tell I'm going to love this camera. It's so compact and portable, that I actually don't mind taking it everywhere with me, and the ISO performance is amazing. I honestly think it does better at ISO 3200 than my D7000 does, probably due to the jpeg processing engine Fuji uses (ISO 3200 shot below)

And an ISO 3200 shot, f/2.8 and 1/60th...

Feel free to C&C on any of the pics, except the high ISO shot, that was just a test! :er: lol

Jealous. After looking around at compact and mirrorless cameras as an SLR alternative this was the camera I came across that made me want it. I think this format could definitely catch on big time, it's just a pity about the price though.

Holy freaking moly!!!! ISO 3200????????????? Are you kidding me? That's amazing :D

Nice....but pricey

Wannabe Leica :) kai from Digitalrev liked it (though, ofc, he would buy the Leica any time), it's a very nice alternative the to M series. The only drawback, perhaps, is that you're stuck with one lens. To me 35mm might be a little wide for street. Would have to get up in people's face to fill the frame.

But it's a camera I'm drooling at nonetheless! Good luck with it! :D How's the ergonomics?

Congrats! My local dealer offered me one on my last visit. Boy was I tempted but it just wouldn't make sense for me at this time.

LOL... They put some effort into the packaging. It looks nicer than the Leica M8 and M9 box. Yes... its expensive BUT I think they've got Leica's X1 beat.

I guess I'll have to build a couple extra dressers and tables. That might be my next serious photo purchase. Not because I need one for anything but just because I really just want one. (I grew up with fixed lens film rangefinders.)

It is expensive, but no more so than any quality DSLR....

I actually like the fact that I'm stuck with one lens. I have my D7000 for when I want to go crazy buying different lenses, and honestly, I'm sick of changing lenses every two seconds  Besides, part of the reason the IQ is so good is because the lens is specifically matched to this sensor  The ergonomics are very good, obviously not the same as a DSLR, but its easy to cradle and it has a nice heft to it...

Haha, yeah the packaging is certainly nice. That's satin silk and underneath the silk is soft foam

Hah, I don't need one either, but hey, its a cool little retro camera with great image quality, whats not to like?
