I have a very general question, basically I have a large family portrait session coming up, I'm sure there will be between 20-30 people to shoot in the big group shot, then individual familes. For the individual family shots I was thinking of renting a 70-200 mm but for the larger group shots I don't know what lens I may need. If you guys can suggest anything that would be very helpful, I'm looking for something that may give me some sharpness on the people and maybe a little bit of a blurred background. I currently own a Nikon D610 and a 50mm f/1.4. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
