your photos on 1st post have sharp eyes.. then your posts with edits with same photos have soft eyes. Whats going on?

The above is a good example why I shouldn't edit photos on my laptop at work. I cannot believe how far off the colours are. I knew I was a little into the red, but had no idea that the red had seeped into the background colours. Here is a re-edit with the same steps, but done at home with a calibrated monitor:
