If you dont mind.. I have been wondering how to get that dark look on the skin tones? I kinda think the stong Vignet is a bit distracting (overdone) Got a chuckle on this one though

This particular photo:

Sharpen to desire - Unsharp mask 100%, radius about 9, and threshold 0
Add B&W layer or B&W gradient - adjust to desired skin tones.
Add duplicate layer of original above the B&W layer. Then set to overlay.
Then adjust opacity to get desired effect.
