Saw this guy on a fence and for once had a camera with me. Of course, as with most raptors, when I slipped out of the car, he flew...but this time, he flew with another intent in mind that I hadn't seen.

Only because there was a bog between he and I...if I could have, I would have tried to get closer. I did that once with two owls and one of them took a close flyby to me so I am always cautious.
