    What an amazing vantage point!

How far away were you and what reach were you using?

    Thank you kindly
    Thanks Jeff
    Thank you @RVT1K
These hawks built their nest in a tree right next to a busy road - directly across the street from my office. We have a boom lift at work I climb in and shoot from my side of the street from a height of 20 feet or so. I end up at a distance of about 75 feet away and I guess about 5 feet below the nest.
Shot with Tamron 150-600 G2 at 600mm on Nikon D800 Full Frame. These are pretty heavy crops, more than 50%. I'll try and post an un-cropped shot later for reference.

    Thanks K9!
Even though I had a lift and didn't climb, I'm a little amazed myself because I'm not very good with heights lol...
