Yes there was an abundance of light coming from the water reflections and him being under a large bridge....It was not the best lit capture of the day

feel it is a bit too centered.have you considered cropping it to throw it off-center.

I like the composition. Any cropping will negatively effect the surface of the water around the boat

Wow, that water is super reflective. I agree with whoever above, that the subject is slightly underexposed, but all the same, I like it and think it's a fine shot. Good work.
