ok, here is the first of the vacation photos..the first is the traditional old faithful geyser..just awesome if you get to see it....the day was great for it..and the second is firehole lake, which is a lake around geysers...the water is over 200 degrees...so the mist is constant...(i know, you would think the lake might be in my back yard...it would fit in with the decor...if i move the cemetary around...giggle giggle )

i got to meet craig, and i need to apologize, cause i know he could SO do a much better job..!! it was great to meet him...if ya'll head out there, try to meet him.... poor guy, he had the "death angel" for a dinner companion...
bet he was nervous at the beginning..but was such a gentleman...

aprilraven ... for a self-professed newbie at photog, you sure take some killer shots. LOOOOVE the second one. With it being 200 degrees ... I'm thinking you could have had some sweet tea right there on the spot!

The clouds in the first look like you could just plop down on them and take a nap and the range of blues in the sky is awesome.

actually, i got a good one of him....but refused to let him take on of me...(it doesnt show up on film..remember??) just joshin'... i am so not photogenic...
but it was so cool to sit and visit with him...he was laughing alot..(looked like crying kinda....) but i think he had a good time...

Wow, Aprilraven...sooo good to see some shots. Love these two. The first one is killer, with the sky/clouds, and the geyser. The second one is amazing also. 200 degree water?? YIkes.
