i'd prefer the head to be completely centered within the frame...also, i don't like how the eye shadow matches with the background. doesn't really wow me, only because of the background color honestly. GREAT pp though, the skin looks A+

I was going for neutrality.

maybe its just me, but I think you overcooked her eyes, especially the right one. There's no way it would be that bright considering your lighting is low, her pupils are dilated, and her hair is in front of her face.

I agree. I honestly tried to get more in there, but the YN flash increments are very weird. The next step up over powers the right side.

I need to invest in a smaller reflector. She couldn't hold the 42inch without it being noticeable that she was holding something.

I can see that, but the hair in the face and pupils wouldn't matter. The flash was below her eye line aimed at her face.

No, you need to invest in a reflector stand and/or assistant. 42" isn't a terribly large reflector ('though it would have been an okay size for this job), but you only want the model concentrating on one thing: Modelling!!

So change distance on the lighting as you can do that incrementally.....

I was limited here, I had the light as close as possible without having to breakout a stand. The wife's attention span isn't long enough for me take time setting up equipment lol.

No, you need to invest in a reflector stand and/or assistant. 42" isn't a terribly large reflector ('though it would have been an okay size for this job), but you only want the model concentrating on one thing: Modelling!!

Unless I become a professional photographer, I'll be sticking to the $35 impact reflectors lol.
