My name is Patrick, and I started getting into photography in college, about 4 years ago. I then had a lapse for a couple years and am now deciding that I want to stick with it. I enjoy capturing images that other people can enjoy. I am currently in san antonio, I like to travel. I own a Nikon d7100. Looking forward to talking with you all.

Welcome, Patrick!

I won't lie, sometimes I will disappear from the forums here for months at a time but it is by the far the most helpful place I have found online. There are tons of intelligent people in all different fields concerning photography. I have grown an incredible amount since I first joined in 2012. In 2015, a few members actually inspired me to start a business and which I would have never done without the kind words and motivation provided by members of the community. Whenever I get around to posting my work or if I hit a creative dry spell, someone here helps get me on the right track.

I found this quote recently "Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will" -Seddiki and I hope to not doubt myself and go after my dreams eventually.
