Hello from France and soon to be California

I'm new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I have loved photography for as long as I can remember although it has never been central to my life (i.e. I am not pursuing it as a career). I love black and white film photography (which is how I started) and miss the dark room days in school. Of course now I have a digital camera which I use all the time. I am in France right now but will be returning home to California in February.

I am looking forward to trying out some challenges!
