Hello, everyone. I'm new and I figured I'd show off my pets. I took all my pictures with my phone but I think most of them turned out okay

I use Flickr to upload my images so I'm sorry if the quality sucks!

This is one of my Boa Constrictors named "Cupcake". Ironically she's very grumpy!!

Welcome to the forum.

Your use of on-camera flash is a bigger problem than anything flickr is doing. The outdoor shots look much better.

I'm new as well, guess we all have to start somewhere. I think the outdoor pictures look very good to say they got here from a phone via Flickr. Agree with Mike about the flash, very hard to get any control with direct flash from a phone, particularly close up.

Bit worried about the hamster and the snakes though, or to be more exact bit worried for the hamster

I hate the way the turn out with my phone's flash, too. I don't use it anymore but the ones I posted are the only ones I had (for now). Plus the pictures turn out really cold if I use my phone's flash so I have to use filters to warm it up.

Plus it gives the subject(s) a red eye type of thing when I use flash :/

Lol she's never around my snakes! My snakes would gobble her up


I've taken a lot of outdoors shots of my snakes so I'll post more in a minute

You can have lots of fun w/ your phone's camera. If I were you, I would look up "snakes" on flickr to see how others have made creative shots. They might give you some ideas on how to make your shots work better.
