[Help] High school photo project!

Hi i am a beginer photographer in a advance photo class in highschool. We are doing a project where you have to identify and write a description of 10 specail effects, 10 carrers in photography, and 10 photographers. I have finshed my photographers and im stuck on the specail effects. It has to be a b&w non digital specail effect. I already have panning, multiple exposers, silhouette, lith printing, and cyanotype. Any help on finding 5 more special effects? What i need for each is desciption of effect, step by step how-to, your personal reflection/influence, and a example.

Well, I'm not prepared to do your homework for you, but a few other "effects" ('though I would submit that the word 'techniques' is more appropriate) might be:

-High-contrast printing (black and white vice monochrome)

-Panoramic imaging

-Toned/tinted printing (Selenium, sepia, cofffee, tea, etc)

-Half-toning

-IR

Special effects? Those arent really special effects per se. More like techniques. You can try Macro, pinhole lense, motion blur, night photography with long exposures to create streaks...I dont know if that helps
