Help me choose a camera?

Rather than that combination, I'd go with the 17-55 f/2.8 IS. The 17-40 is designed to deliver a wide angle of view on a FF camera and isn't quite as sharp on a crop body as the 17-55, plus it has a slower aperture and less range. Couple the 17-55 IS (which costs about the same as the 17-40) with the 85mm 1.8 and you'll have a competent set up for walk around, all day shooting as well as portraits without dropping a lot of coin on gear.

I mainly use (70-200 F/4L) and (24-105 is usm F/4L) and (50mm F/1.8) the kit 55-250 is the worst kit lens they make.

If I don't end up upgrading the body now, would the 17-55 go good with a FF camera if I decide to upgrade later? I'm a noob lol.

For some reason I kind of really want a new body lol.

I was sold the same thing before I learned also..i ended up trading it in for $80 credit towards a used 70-300 f/3.5,5.6 is usm, I don't use this one professionally though, just for stalking birds in my yard
