Help Needed With Photoshop 7

I would like to do this, but with my own photos.
Pleeease help.

its very simple.... all you need is a tripod and some paitence.... place the tripod some where in the room...DO NOT MOVE IT AT ALL

if you have a remote, put yourself in the positions you want, snapping a picture each time your in position.. if you dont have a remote, use the self timer... then, once you have taken all the pictures, open them all in photoshop, put them all into one file, then simply erase the areas on each layer to reveal yourself in the layer behind it...

this one isnt multiple shots of me.. instead, i removed a shot of me... so i have no reflection in the mirror..
