Help with a Pinhole DSLR

so I've made a pinhole lens.. i've got it hooked up to my d50.. when i look through, i can see, but everything is very out of focus... can someone enlighten me on how to make these images focused??

this is the guide i used... and if you look at his last image, it looks good and in focus...

however, this is what mine look like...

How big is the hole? You want it around .25mm.

yeah try to make the hole pretty much as small as possible.
