Help with Actions? Please...

How can I break apart an action to see the steps. I know there is a way but I forget.. Thanks!!

Are you talking Photoshop? Gimp? Changing a diaper?

I don't know the answer... But I would think a better description is needed to start with...

Isn't there a little triangle pointer in front of the action's name that will expand the steps when clicked?
