Why not shoot the photos HDR? Here is a photo of an interior shot that I did on a very bright sunny day.

Maybe because the OP wanted to know how to balance flash indoors to the outside scene through the window. And maybe he does not like HDR, not everybody likes it.

in the world of commercial real estate photography, what the photographer likes isn't really a consideration. And that world more or less demands HDR in certain situations, it is certainly a technique any commercial real estate photographer should be well versed in.
