The flag one is the better, technically, imho, but the girl shot is more along how I would personally interpret the theme of the assignment (color version better as the other is more flat gray than dynamic B&W). If you use the flag one, the only crop Id think of is at the bottom to get rid of that one, single central gold post thingy.
